We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our discretion, especially where we reasonably believe these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, payment provider rules, platform rules, or third-party rules have been violated.
5. Our Platform and Role
Thrivez.io is a platform that may provide tools, marketplace-style features, promotional opportunities, educational tools, earning opportunities, AI-powered guidance, invoice tools, and access to third-party services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee:
- that any user will earn money, obtain clients, secure a job, receive cashback, qualify for surveys, receive invoice payment, or make sales;
- that any AI recommendation, course, store, product listing, tutoring profile, freelance profile, invoice, payment request, or job application will generate results;
- the availability, accuracy, or ongoing availability of any third-party offer, survey, cashback scheme, affiliate promotion, payment processor, reward provider, AI service, or external opportunity.
We may act as a platform provider, intermediary, promoter, referrer, technical service provider, or payment facilitation layer in relation to some services, while in other cases users may interact directly with third parties. Our exact role may vary depending on the feature being used.
6. Intellectual Property
We and/or our licensors own and control all intellectual property rights in this website and in the material, software, design, branding, layout, data, text, graphics, logos, videos, downloadable materials, AI tool interfaces, platform workflows, and other resources displayed on or accessible through it.
6.1 All rights reserved
Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any licence or right under any copyright, trademark, patent, database right, design right, or other intellectual property right.
You must not, without our prior written permission and except as permitted by mandatory law:
- copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute website content;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the website;
- use our branding, trade names, logos, or marks;
- exploit any content or materials from the website for commercial purposes except through features we expressly make available for that purpose.
7. User Content and User-Generated Materials
Certain features of the website may allow you to upload, post, publish, create, submit, display, or distribute content, including but not limited to:
- store listings, product descriptions, course content, tutoring materials, reviews, comments, profile information, promotional materials, media files, and job or freelance-related submissions;
- AI mentor profile information, skills, interests, goals, check-ins, chat messages, milestone updates, and generated document inputs;
- invoice information, customer names, customer emails, customer phone numbers, invoice notes, item descriptions, prices, and payment-related communications.
You remain responsible for the content you submit or publish.
By submitting content through the website, you confirm that:
- you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it;
- your content is accurate where it states facts;
- your content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
- your content does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, employment, advertising, tax, payment, or other legal rights;
- where you submit personal data about another person, including a customer’s contact details for invoices, you have a lawful basis and any required permission to do so.
By uploading or submitting content to the website, you grant Thrivez Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, process, and use that content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, securing, and providing the platform and related services.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to monitor, remove, restrict, edit, refuse, or take down content at our discretion.
8. Seller, Creator, and Tutor Obligations
If you use Thrivez.io to run an online store, sell goods or services, publish or sell courses, offer tutoring, promote freelance services, issue invoices, or otherwise earn through the platform, you are solely responsible for your activities and for complying with all applicable laws and obligations.
You are responsible for:
- ensuring that your listings, services, courses, tutoring offers, promotions, invoices, payment requests, and other materials are accurate and not misleading;
- having all rights, licences, consents, permissions, and qualifications needed for the content, products, or services you provide;
- setting fair and lawful terms for buyers or clients where applicable;
- delivering goods, services, lessons, downloads, course access, or invoice services as described;
- complying with consumer protection, advertising, tax, employment, safeguarding, payment, invoicing, record-keeping, and other legal requirements that apply to your activities;
- responding appropriately to customer complaints, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and support requests relating to what you offer;
- making sure that your conduct does not harm users, the platform, payment processors, partners, or third parties.
You must not use the platform to offer or promote unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, prohibited, or regulated goods or services unless you are fully authorised and legally permitted to do so.
We may remove listings, suspend content, restrict account features, withhold platform access, withhold or reverse rewards or payouts, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that a seller, creator, tutor, vendor, or service provider has breached these Terms and Conditions, third-party rights, payment provider rules, or applicable law.
9. Stores, Selling, Courses, and Tutoring
Our platform may allow users to create online stores, sell products or services, create and sell courses, or offer tutoring and similar services.
If you use these features, you are solely responsible for:
- the legality, quality, safety, and accuracy of what you offer;
- complying with applicable consumer laws, tax laws, advertising rules, professional requirements, and safeguarding obligations;
- ensuring that your product, service, course, tutoring offer, or listing is not misleading;
- fulfilling orders, delivering services, and honouring commitments made to buyers or users;
- obtaining all licences, permissions, qualifications, consents, and rights needed for your activities.
We reserve the right to remove listings, courses, stores, profiles, or services, and to suspend related accounts, where we believe there may be a breach of these Terms, third-party rights, platform rules, or legal requirements.
10. Freelance, Jobs, Tasks, and Opportunity Listings
Thrivez.io may display or facilitate access to freelance opportunities, jobs, gigs, temporary work, remote work, and local task-based listings.
The jobs and tasks section is intended for lawful, genuine, and ordinary work opportunities only, including for example full-time jobs, part-time jobs, temporary jobs, freelance or contract work, remote work, and lawful local tasks such as moving furniture, cleaning, gardening, deliveries, assembly, basic admin support, tutoring, pet care, and similar everyday services.
Employers, recruiters, clients, and task posters must ensure that all listings are lawful, accurate, safe, non-misleading, and appropriate for a general employment and task marketplace.
The following are strictly prohibited and must not be posted, offered, requested, promoted, or arranged through Thrivez:
- any illegal activity or unlawful employment;
- jobs or tasks involving illegal drugs, controlled substances, prostitution, escort services, sexual services, pornography, sexual content creation, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, forced labour, violence, weapons, illegal firearms, explosives, fraud, money laundering, scams, fake reviews, fake engagement, or deceptive marketing;
- pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, multi-level marketing opportunities presented deceptively, or “get rich quick” schemes;
- jobs requiring unlawful discrimination or requesting discriminatory preferences where prohibited by law;
- jobs or tasks that are misleading about pay, duties, working conditions, legality, or the identity of the employer or client;
- requests for companionship, intimacy, nude modelling of a sexual nature, or any work of a sexual or exploitative nature;
- any task that would reasonably create a serious risk to health, safety, dignity, privacy, or legal rights;
- any other listing that we consider unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
We do not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness, currency, or legality of any listing, or that any application or proposal will lead to work or payment. You are responsible for your own due diligence before applying for, accepting, posting, or engaging with any freelance, job, or task opportunity.
We are not a party to agreements made between users and employers, clients, recruiters, or third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to review, reject, remove, restrict, or report any job, task, employer, recruiter, client account, or related content where we believe it may breach these Terms and Conditions, applicable law, user safety standards, or platform rules.
11. Voucher Codes, Cashback, and Promotions
The website may provide access to voucher codes, promotional offers, cashback deals, discounts, affiliate offers, and similar savings opportunities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- such offers are provided subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time;
- eligibility for cashback, rewards, discounts, or other benefits may depend on third-party terms and tracking requirements;
- we do not guarantee that any voucher code, discount, cashback claim, or promotional offer will be valid, tracked successfully, or honoured;
- cashback or promotional rewards may be delayed, declined, reversed, or cancelled due to third-party decisions, returns, fraud checks, tracking failures, policy violations, or other reasons outside our control.
You are responsible for checking the specific terms of each offer before relying on it.
12. Surveys, Offerwalls, and Third-Party Reward Providers
Thrivez.io may provide access to third-party survey providers, offerwalls, games, and reward partners, including but not limited to MyChips, TheoremReach, and CPX Research.
These services are operated by third parties and may be subject to their own terms, eligibility rules, privacy practices, screening criteria, anti-fraud checks, and payout conditions.
By participating in surveys or third-party reward opportunities, you acknowledge and agree that:
- your eligibility may vary and is not guaranteed;
- completion of a survey, game, or offer does not automatically guarantee payment or reward;
- rewards may be declined, reversed, delayed, withheld, or cancelled by the third-party provider;
- disqualification, chargebacks, suspected fraud, duplicate participation, inconsistent responses, geographic restrictions, or partner policy breaches may affect eligibility or payout;
- we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, payout decisions, or conduct of third-party survey or reward providers.
Where a third-party provider requires direct data collection, profiling, or screening, your dealings with that provider are governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy notices in addition to ours.
13. No Earnings Guarantee
Thrivez.io is intended to provide tools, opportunities, and access to earning-related features, but we do not guarantee that you will make money, obtain customers, secure work, receive cashback, qualify for rewards, complete surveys successfully, receive invoice payments, or achieve any particular financial result.
Any examples, testimonials, case studies, promotional materials, earning illustrations, AI recommendations, projected plans, or success stories shown on the website are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as a promise, representation, or guarantee of future performance.
Your results may vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to your skills, effort, experience, pricing, availability, consistency, market demand, buyer interest, employer interest, recruiter interest, student interest, third-party platform rules, eligibility criteria, location, device, profile quality, account standing, fraud checks, tracking systems, moderation decisions, payment behaviour, and other factors outside our control.
You accept that your use of Thrivez.io is at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for evaluating whether any earning opportunity, service, product, listing, course, survey, cashback offer, invoice, AI recommendation, or job-related feature is suitable for you.
14. AI Mentor, AI Tools, Recommendations, and Generated Documents
Thrivez may provide an AI-powered earning mentor and related AI tools. These tools may include guided onboarding, personalised earning path recommendations, AI chat, weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, goal planning, document generation, career documents, downloadable or printable document views, and other AI-assisted features.
14.1 AI outputs are informational only
AI-generated content is provided for general information, planning, motivation, and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, career, medical, safeguarding, or professional advice. You should not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for independent judgment or advice from a suitably qualified professional.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or based on limited information provided by you. You are responsible for checking, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated recommendation, message, plan, document, or response.
14.2 Personalised plans and recommendations
The AI Mentor may use information you provide, such as your name, mentor name, mentor style, country, city, education level, experience level, interests, skills, preferred earning paths, weekly available hours, audience size, social platforms, currency, earning goal, deadline, check-ins, messages, and progress updates, to generate recommendations and plans.
Recommendations may include suggested earning paths, milestones, weekly tasks, monthly plans, content ideas, documents, and next steps. These recommendations are not guarantees that you will earn money, obtain clients, secure work, receive rewards, or achieve a particular result.
14.3 AI chat and message history
When you use AI chat or check-in features, your messages and AI replies may be stored in your account to provide continuity, improve your user experience, support platform operation, and display your recent history. We may limit, delete, or truncate message history for technical, security, storage, or product reasons.
You must not use AI tools to generate, request, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, exploitative, unsafe, or prohibited content.
14.4 Generated documents and PDFs
The AI Mentor may generate documents such as plans, summaries, CV-style materials, applications, cover letters, business materials, learning plans, or other earning-related documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy, lawfulness, originality, and suitability of any generated document before using it.
Generated documents may be saved to your account and may be made available through printable or PDF-style views. Document access, storage, download, printing, and generation may be subject to plan limits, technical availability, and account status.
14.5 Usage limits and plan limits
AI Mentor features may be subject to usage limits, including limits on chats, check-ins, recommendations, document generation, storage, downloads, or other usage. Limits may vary depending on your account type, membership plan, subscription, or platform settings. We may change, pause, reduce, or increase usage limits at any time where permitted by law.
14.6 Third-party AI providers
Some AI functionality may be powered by third-party AI service providers. Your inputs, prompts, profile information, messages, and related context may be processed by those providers where necessary to provide the AI feature. Use of AI features is also subject to any applicable third-party provider rules and our Privacy Policy.
14.7 No duty to monitor AI outputs
We may review, moderate, restrict, or remove AI-generated content or user prompts where we consider it necessary, but we are not obliged to monitor all AI interactions or outputs. We may suspend or restrict access to AI tools where we suspect misuse, abuse, illegal activity, excessive usage, security risk, or breach of these Terms.
15. Vendor Invoices, Payment Links, Commission, and Payouts
Thrivez may provide invoice creation and management tools for eligible vendors. These tools may allow vendors to create invoice line items, enter customer details, generate payment links, share payment links by email or WhatsApp, view recent invoices, search invoice records, track paid and unpaid invoice totals, and receive vendor payouts.
15.1 Vendor-only access
Invoice features are available to users on the Pro Plan and Business Plan only. Users on other plans may not access invoice creation, payment links, or related invoice tools unless expressly stated otherwise. We may refuse, suspend, or remove access to invoice tools where a user is not on an eligible plan, is not an approved vendor, breaches these Terms, fails checks, misuses the feature, or creates risk for customers, Thrivez, payment processors, or third parties.
15.2 Accuracy of invoice and customer information
You are responsible for ensuring that every invoice you create is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading. This includes customer names, customer email addresses, customer phone numbers, item descriptions, quantities, prices, notes, tax treatment, currency selection, and payment instructions.
You must only submit customer personal data where you have a lawful basis and any required permission to do so. You must not use invoice tools to send spam, unwanted messages, misleading payment requests, fake invoices, fraudulent payment links, or payment requests for goods or services you are not authorised to provide.
15.3 Payment links and customer payments
Invoice payment links may direct customers to a checkout or payment page. A payment link does not guarantee payment. Customers may refuse, delay, dispute, cancel, charge back, or fail to complete payment.
You are responsible for your relationship with the customer and for fulfilling the goods, services, or work described in the invoice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Thrivez is not a party to the underlying agreement between you and your customer.
15.4 Commission and vendor payout
Invoice tools are available to users on the Pro Plan and Business Plan only. Users on other plans do not have access to invoice creation, payment links, or related invoice features unless expressly stated otherwise.
Invoice payments are subject to a Thrivez commission or platform fee. Unless different terms are displayed to you or agreed in writing, the invoice commission is calculated as 7% of the invoice total plus $0.50 per transaction, and the vendor payout is the invoice total minus that commission.
Commission, fees, exchange rates, payout timing, payout method, and payout availability may vary depending on platform settings, payment provider rules, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, account status, tax requirements, or other operational reasons. We may change fees or payout rules in the future, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.
15.5 Currency display and conversion
The invoice tool may allow amounts to be displayed or entered in different currencies, including USD and GBP. Currency conversion may use platform-defined rates and may not reflect live market exchange rates. Displayed converted amounts are provided for convenience and may differ from amounts charged, settled, paid out, or recorded by payment processors, banks, wallet providers, or accounting systems.
15.6 Wallets, credits, sales payments, rewards, and payouts
All eligible earnings on Thrivez — including vendor sales payments, tutor earnings, seller earnings, cashback rewards, promotional rewards, credits, and commissions — are credited to a single Thrivez Wallet balance associated with the user’s account. There is no separate wallet per earning type; all sources pool into one combined balance.
For sellers, vendors, and tutors, eligible sales payments and rewards may be added to the Thrivez Wallet after 14 days from the date the relevant order is marked as completed, provided that the order remains valid and is not refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or subject to review.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible seller, vendor, tutor, freelancer, and creator earnings are credited to the user’s Thrivez Wallet on a weekly basis, generally every Monday. This weekly credit moves eligible completed balances into the Thrivez Wallet only and does not constitute a direct payment to any bank account, payment provider, or external account. Timing may vary due to weekends, public holidays, account checks, fraud checks, technical issues, or other operational reasons.
Once funds are credited to the Thrivez Wallet, users may request a withdrawal where the balance is approved, available, and meets any applicable minimum withdrawal amount. Supported withdrawal and use methods may include, where available, transfer to a Wise account, PayPal, USDT on the Polygon network, or using the balance to purchase gift cards from the Thrivez marketplace. Withdrawals are initiated by the user and are not automatic.
Available withdrawal methods, supported currencies, wallet features, gift card options, payout timing, and payment availability may vary by country, account type, user status, payment provider rules, compliance checks, technical availability, and platform settings.
Wallet credits and payouts are subject to account checks, fraud checks, refund windows, chargebacks, payment processor decisions, technical availability, third-party provider rules, and any applicable legal or compliance requirements.
We may withhold, delay, reverse, adjust, or cancel payouts, wallet credits, commissions, rewards, balances, sales payments, tutor earnings, vendor earnings, or invoice records where we reasonably suspect fraud, refund abuse, chargeback risk, payment error, policy breach, unlawful activity, customer dispute, duplicate activity, invalid activity, technical error, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
15.7 Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
You are responsible for handling customer disputes, refund requests, chargebacks, and complaints relating to goods or services you invoice for, unless expressly stated otherwise. We may assist, investigate, reverse payouts, remove access, or provide information to payment processors, customers, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
15.8 Invoice records and deletion
Invoice records may be stored in the platform for account management, payment tracking, fraud prevention, reporting, and operational purposes. Deleting an invoice from your dashboard may not immediately or permanently remove all related order, payment, accounting, security, legal, tax, audit, backup, or transaction records where retention is required or permitted by law or platform operation.
15.9 Prohibited invoice use
You must not use invoice tools for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, high-risk, prohibited, regulated, unsafe, exploitative, adult sexual, drug-related, weapon-related, money laundering, scam, fake order, or deceptive activity. We may remove invoices, suspend accounts, cancel payments, reverse payouts, report activity, and take any other action we reasonably consider necessary to protect users, customers, Thrivez, payment processors, partners, or the public.
16. Marketplace Sales, Commercial Agency and Payment Processing
16.1 Appointment of Thrivez as Commercial Agent
By creating a store, listing products or services, offering tutoring, publishing courses, issuing invoices, accepting bookings, or otherwise selling through Thrivez, the seller, vendor, creator, tutor, freelancer, or service provider (“Seller”) appoints Thrivez as its exclusive commercial agent for the limited purpose of marketing, negotiating, concluding transactions, processing orders, receiving payments from buyers, and facilitating marketplace transactions through the platform.
The Seller authorises Thrivez to collect, receive, process, hold, transfer, and distribute payments relating to transactions conducted through the platform.
16.2 Buyer Payment Satisfaction
A Buyer’s obligation to pay the Seller is fully satisfied and discharged immediately upon Thrivez successfully receiving the relevant payment from the Buyer.
Upon successful receipt of payment by Thrivez, the Buyer shall have no further payment obligation to the Seller in relation to that transaction, regardless of when funds are subsequently made available to the Seller.
16.3 Security Holding Period
To protect Buyers, Sellers, payment processors, and the platform, Thrivez may hold payments received on behalf of Sellers for a mandatory security, verification, fraud-prevention, dispute-management, and compliance period of fourteen (14) days.
During this period, funds may remain pending and may not be withdrawn, transferred, or otherwise accessed by the Seller.
16.4 Seller Withdrawals
Following the expiry of the applicable holding period, eligible funds may become available for credit to the Seller’s Thrivez Wallet and may subsequently be withdrawn subject to:
- minimum withdrawal requirements;
- identity verification requirements;
- fraud-prevention checks;
- refund and chargeback reserves;
- deduction of commissions, fees, taxes, penalties, or other amounts owed by the Seller;
- compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Thrivez may delay, suspend, withhold, reverse, adjust, or cancel credits, payouts, withdrawals, or transfers where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, disputes, chargebacks, unlawful activity, policy breaches, technical issues, payment processor requirements, or legal obligations.
16.5 No Banking or Trust Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a banking relationship, escrow relationship, trust relationship, fiduciary relationship, deposit-taking relationship, or similar regulated financial arrangement between Thrivez and any user. Funds are held solely for the purpose of facilitating marketplace transactions and platform operations.
17. Premium Platform Perks, Skill Challenges and Competitions
17.1 Nature of the Service
Thrivez is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI mentoring, online store hosting, freelancing tools, business tools, invoice tools, educational features, marketplace functionality, and monetisation utilities.
All subscription fees paid for Free, Pro, Business, or any other membership tier are charged solely in exchange for access to software features, platform functionality, usage allowances, premium tools, and related services.
17.2 Promotional Skill Challenges
From time to time, Thrivez may offer optional promotional challenges, competitions, gift card promotions, rewards, incentives, leaderboards, skill tests, or similar engagement activities to eligible users.
These activities are promotional features provided alongside the platform and do not form part of any subscription purchase.
17.3 Skill-Based Entry Requirements
Participation in any competition, challenge, prize promotion, or reward opportunity may require the successful completion of a genuine test of skill, knowledge, judgment, creativity, or other qualifying criteria determined by Thrivez.
Only users who successfully satisfy the required skill element may qualify for entry into the relevant prize pool, winner selection process, reward programme, or competition.
Users who fail to satisfy the applicable skill criteria may be disqualified from that specific promotion.
17.4 No Gambling
No subscription fee, membership fee, platform fee, purchase price, or other payment made to Thrivez constitutes an entry fee, wager, stake, bet, lottery ticket, gambling payment, or consideration for participation in any promotional challenge or competition.
Payments made to Thrivez are solely for access to software services, subscriptions, marketplace functionality, AI tools, business tools, educational services, and other legitimate platform features.
17.5 Eligibility and Restrictions
Competitions, challenges, rewards, and promotions may be restricted by age, country, residency, account status, identity verification status, subscription level, or other eligibility requirements.
Some competitions may be available only to users located in the United Kingdom where specified in the applicable promotion rules.
17.6 Modification and Cancellation
Thrivez reserves the right to modify, suspend, substitute, withdraw, cancel, postpone, or terminate any promotion, competition, challenge, reward, gift card offer, or incentive programme where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, technical, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, or business reasons.
17.7 Compliance
Thrivez intends all promotional competitions and challenges to operate as genuine skill-based promotions. Participation is voluntary and reward eligibility is based upon successful completion of skill-based requirements rather than chance alone.
18. Subscriptions
Some services on Thrivez.io may be offered on a subscription basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes using your chosen payment method;
- your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, where auto-renewal applies and is clearly disclosed at the point of purchase;
- subscription pricing, billing frequency, features, AI usage limits, invoice tools, document limits, renewal terms, and membership benefits will be shown at the time of purchase or within the relevant service area;
- we may change subscription pricing, limits, or features in the future, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before renewal if you do not wish it to continue.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancelling a subscription will stop future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund for any current billing period already paid for.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions where there is suspected misuse, fraud, payment failure, policy breach, excessive usage, or unlawful activity.
19. Digital Services and Downloadable Products
The website may offer digital services, digital content, templates, downloads, guides, courses, software tools, AI tools, educational materials, generated documents, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products.
By purchasing or accessing such digital services or downloadable products, you acknowledge that:
- access may be granted immediately after purchase or activation;
- digital products are licensed, not sold, unless expressly stated otherwise;
- you must not copy, redistribute, resell, share, sublicence, or otherwise exploit downloadable or digital content except as expressly permitted;
- access to digital services may depend on technical compatibility, internet access, third-party integrations, account status, subscription status, usage limits, or continued platform availability.
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or digital services, and consent to such access beginning during any cancellation period, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be reduced, lost, or adjusted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Refunds, Cancellations, and Withdrawal
20.1 General approach
If you wish to request a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or support in relation to an order, subscription, physical product, digital product, invoice payment, AI tool, or service, you should contact us through our customer support page:
Support page: https://thrivez.io/thrivez-customer-support/
Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are subject to the nature of the product or service purchased, the applicable law, payment provider rules, and any specific terms presented at the point of purchase.
20.2 Consumer right of withdrawal for physical goods
If you are a consumer and applicable law gives you the right to withdraw from a contract for physical goods, you may have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us through our support page before the withdrawal period expires.
20.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law, including standard delivery costs where required. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise required by law, you will bear the direct cost of returning goods. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
20.4 Digital products, downloads, AI tools, and digital services
For digital content, downloadable products, subscriptions, AI tools, generated documents, and digital services, refunds may be limited or unavailable once access has been granted, generation has begun, the download has started, the service has begun, or the content has been consumed or materially accessed. These limits apply where permitted by applicable law and where you were informed accordingly at the point of purchase.
20.5 Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for billing periods already started, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us. If you cancel a subscription, cancellation will usually take effect from the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
20.6 Invoice payments
Refunds for invoice payments may depend on the vendor, the underlying goods or services, payment processor rules, chargeback rules, applicable law, and platform policies. Where you are a vendor, you are responsible for customer refund requests and disputes relating to your goods or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
20.7 Exceptions
Certain products or services may be non-refundable or subject to special conditions, including but not limited to personalised goods, completed services, digital content already accessed, downloadable materials already delivered, AI-generated materials, services affected by user misconduct, fraud, or policy violations, and third-party services where refund decisions depend on partner rules. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
20.8 User reward, cashback, wallet, and balance withdrawals
All eligible earnings on Thrivez — including cashback, rewards, credits, sales payments, tutor earnings, vendor earnings, commissions, and other eligible amounts — are credited to a single Thrivez Wallet balance. Withdrawals from the Thrivez Wallet are subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of $25. This minimum applies to the combined Thrivez Wallet balance as a whole and not to each individual earning source separately.
You may only submit a withdrawal request when your eligible, approved, and available Thrivez Wallet balance is at least $25. Pending cashback, pending rewards, pending sales payments, orders still within the 14-day completion period, unapproved earnings, declined rewards, reversed rewards, disputed amounts, refunded orders, charged-back payments, bonus credits subject to conditions, or amounts under review may not count towards your withdrawable balance.
Eligible seller, vendor, and tutor balances may normally become available after 14 days from the date the relevant order is marked as completed, provided that the transaction remains valid and is not refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, reversed, or flagged for review.
Where applicable, Thrivez will credit eligible seller, vendor, tutor, freelancer, and creator earnings to the user’s Thrivez Wallet on a weekly basis, generally every Monday. This Monday credit transfers eligible completed balances into the Thrivez Wallet and does not constitute a direct payment to any bank account, payment provider, or external account.
Once funds are credited to the Thrivez Wallet, users may request a withdrawal using the methods available on the platform. Supported withdrawal or use methods may include, where available, transfer to a Wise account, PayPal, USDT on the Polygon network, or using the balance to purchase gift cards from the Thrivez marketplace. Withdrawals are initiated by the user and are not automatic.
USDT withdrawals, where available, may be processed on the Polygon network. Users are solely responsible for providing a correct and compatible wallet address and for ensuring that they understand the risks of cryptocurrency transfers. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible, may be subject to network fees, may fluctuate in value, and may be unavailable or restricted in some jurisdictions.
Gift card purchases using Thrivez Wallet balances may be subject to availability, marketplace rules, third-party gift card provider terms, regional restrictions, stock availability, and additional checks. Once issued, gift cards may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to account verification, fraud checks, payment provider checks, payout method availability, currency conversion, processing times, technical availability, and any applicable third-party rules. We may delay, reject, withhold, reverse, or cancel a withdrawal request where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate activity, invalid rewards, chargebacks, refund abuse, policy breaches, technical errors, or other activity that may affect the integrity of the platform.
The minimum withdrawal amount, wallet rules, available payout methods, gift card options, processing times, supported currencies, cryptocurrency network options, and withdrawal rules may be changed in the future where reasonably necessary for platform operation, fraud prevention, payment provider requirements, compliance, technical reasons, or business reasons. Any updated withdrawal rules may be displayed on the website, dashboard, withdrawal form, wallet area, marketplace, or relevant support pages.
21. Prohibited Activities, Fraud, and Reward Abuse
You must not misuse the platform, its reward systems, its partners, its AI tools, its invoice tools, its payment systems, or any user-facing features.
Without limitation, the following may result in suspension, restriction, withholding of rewards or payouts, cancellation of transactions, removal of content, or termination of your account:

- providing inconsistent, dishonest, random, or fraudulent survey responses;
- engaging in chargeback abuse, payment fraud, invoice fraud, refund abuse, wallet abuse, or unauthorised transaction activity;
- uploading unlawful, infringing, dangerous, deceptive, or prohibited goods, services, or materials;
- posting or arranging prohibited jobs, unsafe tasks, unlawful work, sexual services, drug-related activity, or exploitative opportunities;
- using the jobs or tasks section for misleading, discriminatory, abusive, dangerous, or unlawful listings;
- using AI tools to create malware, scams, spam, impersonation, harassment, fraud, deceptive content, or illegal instructions;
- using the platform in a way that harms users, customers, partners, advertisers, merchants, payment processors, AI providers, or the integrity of the platform.
We may investigate suspected misconduct and may take any action we reasonably consider necessary, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing listings or content, withholding, cancelling, reversing, or adjusting rewards, cashback, credits, commissions, wallet balances, or payouts, cancelling orders, invoices, subscriptions, or access, and reporting matters to third-party providers, payment processors, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
Our decisions in relation to fraud prevention, reward abuse, platform integrity, payment safety, AI safety, and user safety may be based on internal checks, partner reports, technical signals, tracking data, payment data, moderation outcomes, or reasonable suspicion of misuse.
