AI Mentor Profile and Goal Data

When you use the AI Mentor or related tools, we may collect and process information such as:

  • display name, mentor name, mentor style, avatar initials, city, country, education, skills, interests, experience level, preferred earning paths, available weekly hours, target earnings, currency, goal deadline, audience size, and social platforms;
  • recommended earning paths, recommendations, plans, goals, milestones, progress updates, and achievement data;
  • check-in information, including earned amounts, progress status, completed steps, notes, whether you need help, and whether a goal was achieved;
  • chat messages sent to and from the AI Mentor;

How AI Mentor Data Is Used

  • personalise your dashboard and mentor experience;
  • send service-related check-in reminders and milestone emails where enabled;

AI Service Providers

To provide AI-powered features, content you submit to AI tools may be sent to one or more AI service providers for processing. This may include profile information, goals, chat messages, check-in notes, prompts, and the context needed to generate a useful response or document.

You should not enter highly sensitive information into AI tools unless it is necessary and you are comfortable with it being processed for the AI feature. Thrivez may provide tools that allow eligible vendors to create invoices, generate payment links, share invoice links by email or WhatsApp, track paid and unpaid invoices, and receive vendor payouts.

Invoice Data We Process

When a vendor creates or manages an invoice, we may collect and process:

  • vendor user ID and account details;
  • customer name, customer email address, and customer phone number where provided;
  • invoice item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, totals, notes, invoice numbers, payment links, order IDs, invoice status, payment status, and timestamps;
  • currency display preferences and currency conversion information used for invoice display or entry;
  • commission calculations, including platform commission, vendor payout amount, and payout status;
  • payment status and order status information from WooCommerce or payment providers;
  • wallet credit records or payout descriptions where a vendor payout is made through a wallet or payout provider;
  • search, deletion, and invoice management actions; and
  • technical logs, fraud-prevention signals, and support communications connected to invoices.

How Invoice Data Is Used

Invoice data is used to:

  • create invoices and payment links;
  • send or enable sharing of invoice links by email, WhatsApp, copy link, or payment page;
  • process payment, order, and invoice status updates;
  • calculate platform commission and vendor payout amounts;
  • credit vendor wallets or process payouts where applicable;
  • display recent invoices, totals, paid amounts, unpaid amounts, and all-time totals;
